- If you opt for easy financing, once the initial payment is complete, you will receive an email requesting basic information for preparing the terms paperwork. Once information is received from you, you will receive an email requesting your digital signature on the terms paperwork package which includes: Purchase Sale Agreement, Land Contract, and Promissory Note. No credit check or income verification, and we do encourage automatic payments to be setup. We can debit your monthly payment from your checking account free of charge or we can setup a debit or credit card for an additional fee of 3.7% per payment. Once the paperwork is signed, your first payment will begin in 1 month and you can begin enjoying your new land immediately.
- If you opt to pay the full cash price, once the initial payment is complete, you will receive an email with the remaining balance owed and transfer options to make that payment. We will also email you a deed vesting form to complete that describes exactly how you want title held. As soon as we receive the remaining balance and funds have cleared, we will deed the property over to you. The deed transfer process can take between 1 and 14 days depending on county recorder processing times. All cash sales are final.
