Exception to the rule. We're all told that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is - walk away... Every now and again however there are great exceptions to the rule. Land Paradise is just that. We purchased a lot in Green River, UT., online, from 1200 miles away, without meeting the representatives in person - and I admit that I periodically wondered if I had done the wrong thing. When all was said and done however, our experience, using the Land Paradise system was exceptional! Cynthia and Mark have thought through every detail and made thing very clear, direct and responsive. We highly recommend Land Paradise.

I bought my first property with Land Paradise and I felt very welcomed the entire time. This team is on it and I feel like they go the extra mile to help with all the questions I had while other competitors made me feel like I rode the short yellow bus to school. They were with me the entire step of the way, even at strange hours when I had gotten lost out on the road due to Google leading me to some strange road to check out the property. The whole process start to finish couldn't have been easier. The info, photos and details on the property was far better on their site than all of the other common home searching sites, and we felt like we had a great understanding of the lot before we even toured it.
