I was hesitant about online buying, but it turned out we were neighbors. They had about 2 acres up where I was wanting to move. So it was about 4 hours away and I drove up and spent the night on it and it was beautiful. I was just hoping for some dirt that I can park at RV on and go off grid.
Then my rent almost doubled in 2 years. I had to work two jobs just to barely make it. So I decided to move up north early.
