DIRECTIONS:   From Show Low travel 9 miles east on US 60 to US 61. Turn left onto US 61 for 4.5 miles to CR 8032 (Hillcrest). Turn left and travel 1.3 miles to CR 8051 (Spruce St). Spruce curves left and to the right into Pinon. Keep following this road. Turn right at CR 8070 - this road does not have a sign, instead you will see Green Rocks. Turn right at the green painted rocks. If you’ve hit the purple rocks, you’ve gone one street too far. Take a left at the white fence (CR 8072). Then take your first right. It’s the 4th lot on the right, lot 1459. You should see a bright Green and Yellow stake that says Land Paradise. *Please note: The stake placement is an approximate location of the property, however may not be 100% accurate.
