When the COVID hit, I decided I needed to get out of town since everyone appeared to have lost their minds. Anyway, I was hesitant about online buying, but it turned out we were neighbors. They had about 2 acres up where I was wanting to move. So it was about 4 hours away and I drove up and spent the night on it and it was beautiful. I was just hoping for some dirt that I can park at RV on and go off grid. Then my rent almost doubled in 2 years. I had to work two jobs just to barely make it. So I decided to move up north early. They went beyond working with me so I wouldn't lose the land during this transition. I had a place to park an RV but I still wanted to to keep the land. Sorry about the quality of the picture it was the only one I could find at the moment. Got my deed a few days ago. Feels good to own land, it's hard to go wrong on land. I've lived off grid for 3 years now, talk about it learning experience. Wouldn't trade this for a condo in Florida. My nearest neighbor is over a mile away.

I was looking to invest in some property in Utah with amazing dark night skies and stargazing as well as ability for some Astro photography and camping. We did a ton of searching, and I’ll be honest it was hard discerning what land was actually for sale versus what was a scam. After reaching out to Mark at Land Paradise, I did a ton of research and verified a lot of things about the property I was looking at and their business in general. Exception to the rule. We're all told that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is - walk away... Every now and again however there are great exceptions to the rule. Land Paradise is just that. We purchased a lot in Green River, UT., online, from 1200 miles away, without meeting the representatives in person - and I admit that I periodically wondered if I had done the wrong thing. When all was said and done however, our experience, using the Land Paradise system was exceptional! I bought my first property with Land Paradise and I felt very welcomed the entire time. This team is on it and I feel like they go the extra mile to help with all the questions I had while other competitors made me feel like I rode the short yellow bus to school.
