DIRECTIONS:  From Show Low head East on US 60 to the US 61 “Y” Stay left onto US 61, turn left at the General store (Stanford). Go approx. 5 miles and turn right onto CR 8050 (Ponderosa) Go approx 2 miles to CR 8119 (Deer Trail) and turn left. Take that road about 0.5 miles north, and turn left on CR 8057 - no road sign here, you will see a Coldwell Banker Sign. Property is all the way down on the right, toward CR 8120 (Arrowhead), lot 400. You will see a “Forest Properties” sign across the street on a neighboring property. We recommend high clearance vehicle to get to this property. You should see a bright Green and Yellow stake that says Land Paradise. *Please note: The stake placement is an approximate location of the property, however may not be 100% accurate.
